It is the Christmas Event in Mickleover tomorrow (Sunday 27 November) closing Etwall Road from 1.00pm to 8.00pm. Our #villager V1 and #mickleover will divert and this means that all stops from Prescot Close to Tesco will be closed, but we'll use Headingham Way on the diversion.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty The Queen, Elizabeth II. A lifetime of service to our nation, leaving behind an extraordinary legacy.

@BBCChrisD We’ve also spoken the company they are paying to deliver their leaflets and the Lib Dem’s dictate when their leaflets are delivered, not the other way around.

@BBCChrisD They didn’t stop delivering on the day The Duke Of Edinburgh passing was announced. Their local ‘leader’ said their delivery volunteers hadn’t heard the news to stop. Is it too much for them to show some decency ? This is nothing to do with ‘bullying’, it’s about respect.

Truly shocking news overnight regarding the devastating fire at Ravensdale School. This follows the fire at Darley’s St Mary’s School. Ward Cllr’s are working with the council to support their communities and we’d like to thank emergency services.
