“I work the front desk at a small doctor’s office, and I wish people could see what happens on the other side of the phone.
Every day, older patients call us confused.
They are told to use the patient portal, upload documents, check lab results online, fill out forms before the visit, and confirm everything through a link.
Some of them do not know what a portal is.
Some do not have a smartphone.
Some have one, but they are afraid to click the wrong thing.
Last week, a man in his late 80s called about his test results.
He said, “Ma’am, I don’t mean to bother you, but the computer says I have a message and I don’t know how to open it.”
He sounded ashamed.
That broke my heart.
He should not have to feel ashamed for needing a human being.
Technology can be helpful. I understand that.
But when people who built this country are made to feel helpless because everything became a login and a password, we have gone too far.
Not everything needs to be an app.
Not every answer should be hidden behind a screen.
Sometimes people need a voice.
A patient person.
A real human who says, “Don’t worry, I can help you.”
Progress should not leave seniors behind.
Because one day, the world will move faster than us too.
And I hope someone is kind enough to slow down.

Please pray about everything ! Your mood swings, your temper, your ego, your insecurities, your mindset, your self love, your emotional state, your environment, your relationships, your lack of motivation, your lack of execution, your attraction to bad ppl ! PRAY ABOUT IT ALL !
I finally understand what Machiavelli meant when he said, “Never play fair in a game where others cheat.” It doesn’t mean become evil. It means stop being naive. Stop bringing honesty to people who study manipulation, stop giving access to people who weaponize closeness, and stop expecting clean hands from people who already showed you they’ll throw dirt. Sometimes wisdom is not revenge. Sometimes wisdom is learning the rules of the room before the room uses your goodness against you.
She’s been married for six years, and her husband has been cheating on her the whole time. So, she served him divorce papers a month ago, but now the husband wants to work things out. She’s now confused about whether she should stay and work it out or leave.
The older you get, the more you realize luck is mostly exposure. If you sit in the same place, have the same routine, talking to the same people, nothing new really happens. You have to engage the world to win. Travel more. Talk to people.
This son bought his dad a truck after his dad’s truck broke down. He’s not a NBA or NFL, DR. or a lawyer, just a regular guy who worked hard to get his dad a truck. This shows his appreciation. The gift just says THANKS DAD... You’re the best!
I don’t think people understand that you can LITERALLY push someone so far that they reach a point of complete detachment. Whether it’s a friendship, relationship, or even family.. they simply stop wanting you in their life on any level.
The Bible warns us not to look back at old friendships or any relationships that God has delivered us from. Lot's wife did and literally became stuck in time. My prayer is that when you're tempted to return to the past, the spirit reminds you there's so much more ahead of you!
God saw you being kind to people who were nasty to you. He saw you forgive people who never even said “I’m sorry.” 😢 He saw you bend over backwards for people who wouldn’t lift a finger to defend you. He saw you pray for people who betrayed you. 🙏🏽 He saw you stay silent when you were being lied on. He saw you help people who turned around and hurt you. Nothing about your obedience went unnoticed‼️
You promised yourself you was going to move different this year. Don’t forget that. Don’t let old habits, old situations, or old patterns pull you back into the same stuff you said you was done with. Stay locked in on what you said you wanted and stand on it.
