@SwiggyCares Second issue is the horrid customer service. First agent disconnected the call. Second agent said “why didn’t you call in 24 hours?��� and he couldn’t do anything now. To be your staff now have started talking to customers is appalling.
@SwiggyCares It’s the issue of refund as due to missing items I was offered replacement without initiating on the app. There is difference of price between the two orders which needs to be refunded. On chat, your staff promised me this refund after 2 hours of the order delivery. Didn’t happen
