I ordered this product on 22nd September, and it was supposed to be delivered by 23rd September under my Prime membership. Today is 29th September, and I have still not received the product.

@amazon Worst part โ Amazonโs customer care team has no clarity on the escalation matrix. One exec, Ankit, was extremely rude, refused to share info, and when asked to connect me to his senior, told me to โdisconnect and call again.โ Not even willing to share his full name.

I have contacted Amazon customer care four times during this period. Each time I was assured that the issue had been escalated and that the product would be delivered the same day. Unfortunately, nothing has happened so far, and there has been no clear communication
