Help me spread the word about the dangers of releasing balloons! These are deadly to birds and both land and sea animals as they get entangled in the string and mistake the balloon for food. Make sure they are weighted and won’t end up like these forgotten party decorations 💙

Every place I visit has trash. Lately I’ve been meeting with lots of kids, and they are either disgusted by this,or unaware and seem so receptive once I explain some of the challenges. My generation has a mighty big cleanup job, and I have hope we can tackle it and rise above 💙

I was honored to meet Rob Stewart's wonderful parents and his long time dive buddy/best friend Brock. Brock told me to keep my dive buddy close and held his heart...it really moved me and I always strive to protect the critters in my ocean home as well has my friends and family.
