Leader in human performance evaluation - creating tools that allow doctors and sport professionals to perform detailed analysis on all aspects of movement
In the video on the Gazzetta Marcell Jacobs explains the "secret of the shield" and the attention to detail behind this result.
As an Italian company of High Tech sports we are proud to have given our contribution.

The Man In The Box assessments measure an athlete’s true agility - or decision-based movement. An athlete starts in the center of a 10 ft x 10 ft box and shuffles laterally from side to side to capture 10 correct sensors as fast as they can.
The Drift 2D Protocol requires an athlete to jump 5 times on their right leg and then 5 times on their left leg - getting as high as they can, as quick as they can, while trying to stay in the middle of the box providing insights into power output, dynamic stability and control.
The CMJ is a vertical jump assessment that requires the athlete to jump as high as they can, as quick as they can, three times. The CMJ assessment provides insights into an athlete's power output on the vertical, or sagittal, plane (north-south)
Hawkeye measures an athlete's cognitive speed of processing through a test of 35 lighted stimuli requiring the athlete to identify which of 4 sensors are different when flashed on the set in a timed window. The lower the reaction score the better!
The Dyanmic Broad Jump requires the athlete to begin outside of the OptoJump system, take a small hop into the system, and explode as quick as they can to generate power and distance in the broad jump. The Dynamic Broad Jump provides insights into overall power output.
The 30 yd sprint assessment provides a reaction time, a 10 yd split, and a 30 yd time inclusive of the reaction time. The random start is designed to mimic a baserunner deciding to steal when they have determined a pitcher is delivering the ball to the plate.
Validity and reliability of the #Gyko for the measurement of barbell velocity on the bench-press exercise.
"The results support the use of the Gyko as an affordable, portable, and suitable wearable device to measure mean velocity on bench press exercise."

The CTSIB Clinical test of sensory organization and balance helps the clinician decide how vision, vestibular, and somatosensory input interact to help to maintain balance. Dr Gorman discusses how this test is still relevant.. even 30 years later: https://t.co/grZP0a3uMJ
