Did you hear? @ArizonaDOT released new specialty plates including one for the @USArmy! This plate is available to everyone. The proceeds go toward scholarships for children of soldiers & spouses of active duty enlisted soldiers.

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community has been declared a Purple Heart Community, with 30 Purple Heart Recipients in the community. A recognition event is being held on August 5th to celebrate their service and commitment.

79th anniversary of the Allied troops' D-Day invasion of Normandy. SRPMIC has around 179 WWII veterans, one of whom survived the #DDay invasion and then went on to contribute to the liberation of France before fighting in the Battle of Bulge. Let us remember all those who served.
