@premium@elonmusk I have been going back and forth in conversations with robots on the DM's and this is getting ridiculous. This is the 2nd time X has been shady towards me and I am at my wits end dealing with this crap. I paid for the Premium Plus service for the year, it is already March 28, 2026 and I still don't have the features I paid for. I do not have any credit which I was told I would get for the time lost. Restore the features I paid for and credit me for the time lost. Never mind the days of all the back and forth chatting with bots. So unprofessional.
I reached out to Premium in DM's as I was instructed to do so and was told a credit was applied to my Stripe account for the time I didn't use or have access to for Premium Plus features. Well I don't have a Stripe account so not sure where they sent this credit. Regardless, I still don't have the Premium Plus features I PRE PAID FOR!!! @premium@elonmusk
Well I do not have the Premium plus features I paid $560.00 for. My account shows that I am a Premium subscriber and not a Premium Plus. @premium@elonmusk
On February 3rd, 2026, I was basically forced to pay $560.00 for Premium plus which is a huge increase from $220.50 or I would loose all my saved data. So I paid it. After I paid it I downgraded to Premium so I wouldn't forget when the subscription ends next year but I am supposed to still have the Premium Plus features until my subscription ends in 2027. @premium@elonmusk
@premium @elonmusks Is it legal to increase a subscription rate without notifying the subscriber?

No, it is generally not legal for a company to increase a subscription rate without providing some form of notice to the subscriber, especially for automatic renewal or recurring subscriptions. Laws in many jurisdictions treat a price increase as a "material change" that requires clear, advance notification and often gives the subscriber a chance to cancel without penalty.
@premium@elonmusk After dozens of failed attempts trying to get help in DM's with Premium speaking with both Grok and a so called human, I don't know what else to do. X tried to bill my old Mastercard $560.00 for a plan that I only paid $220.50 for the last 2 years. I was not notified of this increase in cost ANYWHERE. Total scam. When I got an email saying payment didn't go through and for that amount I almost fell off my chair, like WTF! Then when I try to downgrade to Premium it won't let me and just gives me errors. See pic. Even worse I will now be locked into the $ 560.00 rate until next year? WTF? This is just wrong @elonmusk. So basically X is saying pay up bitch or loose years worth of saved data? So unprofessional and very shady! I only use Premium+ for 2 things, organizing bookmarks and Pro. What a joke! 🤬
