Honestly this is becoming surreal. #britishgas replied saying they hadn’t heard from me by the 10th April (though I DID reply) so they were closing the complaint. Nobody has contacted me about my complaint. Is it me or have I still got 12 days to reply? Why are they closing it?
4th complaint to #britishgas After saying ‘we’re glad complaint has been resolved’ (when it hasn’t, nobody has been in touch) then another email saying ‘we need 7 days to sort out’ I then get this asking for another 21 days. Been going on since Jan. Complete joke. #complaint
