@Bshoe99@ABC There’s no such thing as an electro college seat, nor was he “selling” votes. And once again. What were his differences with the democrats.
@Bshoe99@ABC He said it was for segregation. And he won electoral votes in virtually every deep southern state. Because he won the racist voters that abandoned the Democratic Party.
@Bshoe99@ABC Speaker of the house: Democrat. Senate majority leader: Democrat. President: Democrat.
Weird how white Southerners voted for a Republican in 1964 who opposed the civil rights act. It’s almost as if they were angry at the Democrat party. Can’t figure out why though?
@Bshoe99@ABC It was a Democrat house, a Democrat, Senate, and a Democrat president. The Democrats didn’t “come on board”. They thwarted the southern racist wing of the party (who then voted Goldwater in 64 and Wallace in 68) and drove the legislation.
@Bshoe99@ABC Wrong again. Republican Party was founded as a free soil party. Do you get all your history for memes and TikTok? You should try reading a book sometime.
