Very interesting rule loophole here from Charleston...

With 1.9 seconds remaining Charleston has a player right on the ball, reaching over the end line ready to receive it. The defense tips it away, and the referee assesses a delay of game warning--if I understand correctly, the rules allow the offense to reach over the end line but NOT the defense.

UNC Wilmington is forced to allow the inbounds pass and foul.
