Day 5 of my 25Day Challenge
What I will do as the Community Manager of MEXC Africa
If I am the community manager of MEXC Africa, this is how I will build a strong African community.
I will start from where real crypto interests live.
Young people between 18 and 35.
And the easiest place to find them in large numbers is universities.
So I will focus on schools.
I will help build MEXC backed crypto communities in universities across the country.
Each school will have its own community.
I am currently positioned at the center of the country, with easy access to all regions.
This makes movement, coordination, and on-ground execution very easy and fast.
Inside these university communities, we will run weekly or monthly training sessions.
Students will learn crypto basics, trading, risk management, and how to grow in Web3 while balancing school.
Tutors, mentors, and community leads will guide them step by step.
They will ask questions, get answers, practice live, and grow together.
Because they are learning inside the ecosystem, they will naturally use the platform.
They will trade, explore new listings, test features, and stay active.
This leads to real usage.
More users.
More volume.
More long-term loyalty.
I will also introduce prop firms.
Students will learn how to trade with firm capital, build a track record, and grow safely without risking personal funds.
Beyond trading, I will focus on pulling people from Web2 into Web3.
This is one of the strongest ways Web3 projects grow.
We will run hackathons in schools.
Students will build real solutions.
The best teams will receive rewards, funding, and long-term support.
We will also run tech classes backed by the exchange.
Classes on blockchain, cryptography, design, analysis, and other Web3 skills.
Each university will have a student lead representing the exchange.
This helps the community grow across states and regions.
Over time, the exchange becomes more than a platform.
It becomes a brand that helped students learn, build, and succeed.
I am open to doing this for any exchange in our region.
I am open to building systems like this wherever there is vision and long-term thinking.
This is how I will build a real, lasting crypto community in Africa.
