@HMRCcustomers I have checked my online account and there is no reason showing, it still just says I have a refund available.
I have tried to use the online chat and it said nobody was available. I have rang the number and it said it would send me a text that never came! Please sort out now!

@HMRCcustomers it is shocking that nearly 5 months after applying for my self assessment refund online I still haven’t received payment! How can you justify taking this long and then still have the cheek to have it takes two weeks on your website! Pay me my money now!!!

When I click on it it just asks me if I want to request again but also says to only request once!
