As someone from North India living in Kerala, I can genuinely say this. I have never been treated like an outsider here. Malayalis have welcomed me warmly, respected my background and treated me like their own.
Kerala has its flaws like every place, but reducing an entire community to one viral video is unfair. People here are individuals first, and religion should not be used to judge everyone.
I am even learning Malayalam because I genuinely love the culture and people here.
The audacity shown by both of them is unbelievable.
If Karnataka, Kannada, Bengaluru, and the local community trouble you to such an extent, you are always free to live in your own hometowns.
You choose not to integrate, speak poorly about everything here, label people unfairly, and then present it as a when they retaliate on your attitude and behaviour.
