@anabology would you recommend the honey diet to an endurance athlete (cycling), fat oxidation for performance? also, what's your opinion about tomatoes / tomato juice during day (for salty cravings)?
@Lpa_Doc how would you rate this profile with very high Lp(a)?
Glucose: 72
HbA1C: 4.61
Insulin: 4.58
TC: 195
LDL: 98
HDL: 61
Trig: 105
Apo(A1): 154
Apo(B): 91
Lp(a): 147 ***
hs-CRP: 0.31
Can tooth extractions and dental surgery impact Lp(a)? If so, for how long?
@FrogHarmless@antoniotherose@mold_time Would you say you were obese in the past for any significant amount of time? In my experience it seems that if someone gets obese for long enough, something "breaks" and ad-lib eating just always takes the person to obese status regardless of the diet.
@realDaveFeldman Do you often see someone lean, athletic and metabolically healthy without high LDL on a (very) low carb diet? If so, what would be the ratio vs (borderline)LMHRs? The less bodyfat % I have, the more my lipids trend to LMHRs triad ratios.
@FrogHarmless @fitomnivore Interesting. My trigs and HDL stay relatively same regardless of diet I am on. They tend to follow more my bodyfat % from what I can see.
@FrogHarmless @ScepticalDoctor Why did your trigs go up so much? Different fast window before blood draw? Gained significant weight (fat)? Other reason?
