OpenAI please for the love of god fix the command prompts opening up every 5 seconds when I have "Codex CLI" launched, it's starting to get really annoying..

@thsottiaux Ever since the latest Codex CLI update on Windows, whenever I have Codex CLI running, multiple Command Prompt windows will randomly open and immediately close every few seconds to a few minutes. I assume these are background tasks that aren't meant to be visible.

@theo First and foremost, can it do frontend? with all the hype surrounding Astra I'm moreso interested in it's data analytic capabilities, alongside frontend and of course how cleanly it writes code. Does it write code in comparison to Fable, or does it still write too much?
