@amazonIN the return request was made and stated while doing so that the product does not match the image shown and when it has been picked up by the delivery person then what’s the issue ?? I don’t see a reason why I have to wait for my money back.

@amazonIN please don’t hold these grand massive discounts when you don’t have the bandwidth to deal with the customers or particularly, customer care. It’s so unjust, unacceptable and totally irresponsible ! Whatever, I just have one question- when will I get my money back ??

@amazonIN their response is that ‘issue has been raised, give us time’, ‘minimum time for refund is 13 days please wait’ . This is unfair and unacceptable. Again today after ‘raising issue’ I have been asked to call back on the 22nd.. do I have no work ?How many times do I call??

@amazonIN the product which I had received didn’t look like the one I had ordered. That is of no importance- the seller is scamming or your in-house facility- who’s to say ?! But when I don’t want to keep it and return it back, you don’t want it ! At least give my money back

@amazonIN the last few days have been so hectic and disappointing ! One item has been returned and accepted but refund has been delayed (no reason whatsoever) and the other item has also been returned but return not given coz it’s showing that product hasn’t passed verification

@amazonIN you need to upgrade your delivery staff ! The man who delivered my parcel today was exceptionally rude and for no reason. He was speaking in Tamil and it’s not an offence if I don’t know the language. 1st for this, and 2nd for change. Too damn rude. Pls look into it

@amazonIN you really need to get hold of your service people ! Today a man delivered a parcel and he was so rude and shouting because I didn’t have change. It was ₹1381 and I gave ₹1400, asking for whatever change he had but kept shouting,.
