I'm going to build 100 iOS apps and post the revenue publicly the entire way.
Today's scoreboard:
π’ 1 app live
π‘ 1 in review
π¨ 1 in progress
π° $0 MRR
Starting from absolute zero. Follow along - this is going to get interesting. π§΅
@levelsio You make me curious as I have been following you for years, ever had real issues because of it?
I always considered its the nordic face trait and never considered it can be an issue - so you have proof your ancestors were vikings
How I'm building 100 apps without losing my mind:
βοΈ One reusable SwiftUI template (build the skeleton once, clone forever)
βοΈ SwiftData + RevenueCat wired in already
βοΈ Claude does most of the actual coding
βοΈ Each new app = swap content + new icon + store copy
Real build time per app: days, not months.
Inhave a synology nas and use it as a network drive (among other things)
Also I like the fact that inhave 4 disks inside with raid10 and when im not home i still have access to it via tailscale
Not the best setup but i have this nas for torrenting movies and series (jellyseer, jellyfin setup)
@Stephan_Kop Gonna try the tiktok, was reading on ugcs but im too autistic right now to understand marketing π₯²
Got a link to your tik tok to shamelessly steal the format?
Devs who learned to market your own apps: What's the first thing you'd do with $0 budget and a brand new app nobody's heard of? Building 100 apps means I have to crack distribution. Teach me π
Now that building apps is easy here is the lesson I learnt after building two apps: distribution defines your success.
Whats one marketing resource you would recommend to someone who has 0 xp in this area? π
