If you're at MSG and don't know what to eat, here's my go-to: The ribs from @MightyQuinnsBBQ. Skip the cornbread and ask for double cole slaw if you're cutting carbs. You're banking 40G+ of protein, the coleslaw isn't drenched in mayo, and most importantly?
