Reality.

I want to share some thoughts on exhaustion this morning. We’re over 500 days into this war that never should have happened in the first place but here we are.

I know all of us are tired and we’re putting on a brave face for the rest of the world. Some of our cracks are starting to show and we’re fighting instead of working together. We are losing sight of the goal: victory. A reminder that when we fight like this, the vatniks win and we give them the fuel they so desperately crave to discredit us.

We are human and we need to remember that and so do the rest of you out there. No matter if you’re here on the ground or doing what you can from where you are, the mental anguish is the same, with nuances of course.

We’ve all given up something or many somethings to do this job again on the ground or from where we are. Let’s be kinder to ourselves and remember no matter what we do for Ukraine, IT COUNTS.

Take a break. Eat real food. If anyone judges us for that, the problem is with them, not us. And with that, seize the day, my friends. We have a war to win.
