So @O2 , after over an hour spent on the phone to someone trying to set up our 5 DD to the same account, it turns out that none have been set up and now our services have been restricted. Awful customer service yet again!

@O2 I am trying to pay an outstanding balance, passed security etc and got through to someone who said I couldnt pay the balance as the account wasnt in my name. We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....
