@HormuzLetter Hahahha tell me this whole war isn’t a theater production
These goat fuckers now just wanna launch rockets just to say they have some
Saudi Arabia? Like why lol
@Donster2112@totalimmunity@TakesByUzi Lol or you’re a great example of a low skill laborer and can’t think strategically
Cuz a $75 hamburger would justify a buisness paying their cooks a 100k
@Rynflorida@Donster2112@totalimmunity@TakesByUzi Read a different thread in this topic I’ve commented on
I legit was a Red Robin line cook for my first job.. I lived exactly this life.
I’m a dick sure, but I’m not a narcissist when it’s simply a fact.
Low skill jobs shouldn’t pay high salaries.
@Donster2112@totalimmunity@TakesByUzi lol if Im being honest, you’re not a finance person
It’s not “selfish” attitude for a cheaper burger.. that hamburger also needs to pay rent, insurance, payroll taxes, supplies, utilities
So basically you’re saying we need to pay $75 for a hamburger for increasing wages
@shalamar99@RaeKopaka lol it’s funny how I started with Costco.. somehow I was in the wrong for calling out a “niche” example.. and now we come back to Costco
So yes when you stay at a billion dollar company for 10+ yrs.. you become a manager.. like… every.. other.. decent paying job
Fuck me
@Donster2112@totalimmunity@TakesByUzi You do also realize these types of businesses are low margins right?
Meaning the finance math behind the whole business can’t justify high hourly wages
So crying to get paid more for a low skill job in a business where they don’t churn high margins.. you’ll always lose
@Dougthedoer@TakesByUzi Exactly.. so why cater to the lazy adults and pay them more
Also 0 people in the comments even wanna talk about how these jobs.. the actual employer is in a tight margin business.. aka the system wasn’t built to pay 100k jobs for low margin businesses
The math doesn’t math
@shalamar99@RaeKopaka And congrats welcome to the convo
The whole point is these aren’t full time jobs and you shouldn’t be a loser and coast in life.. these positions are limited full time for exactly this reason as they aren’t supposed to be careers
@Donster2112@totalimmunity@TakesByUzi I was a line cook for Red Robin as my first job and the first logic I had was “man I wish I got paid more”
My first logic was “man I need outta here and get into a high paying field”
Just cuz someone is manual labor doesn’t mean you get 100k career
@_Malabaf Jesus Christ it’s ok we don’t agree
But you’re imo absolutely retarded demanding you can have a life with bagging groceries. The whole point is a minimum labor job isn’t supposed to be a career
Fuckin a tons of liberals in the comments
@Deacon_44 It’s just gotten to a point for me of pure annoyance of grown adults demanding more money for slinging burgers or bagging groceries when they don’t realize that skill is worth Pennie’s compared to someone who can code or produce a product
@thangsten1 Overall I agree and in my own words.. it’s more of work harder but efficient. There’s a reason why certain jobs cap out at a pay due to the skill required
Want more money? Become more valuable in a skill that can pay what you want
