@virginmedia your non UK based customer service staff while very polite are useless in that they cannot transfer me to anyone in a higher position in the UK, despite me speaking to one who I am waiting to call me back. Extremely frustrating and disappointing

@virginmedia I appreciate that I cannot be, but surely if you knew you could. The info of who I spoke to is there, must have a work ID or a global address book that you can message. What sort of organisation is this that can’t contact a colleague or department via email if not by phone.

@virginmedia I am waiting on a call back from the only UK based operative I spoke to on Friday but despite seeing who I spoke too they cannot contact him asking to contact me. Can’t transfer me to his extension, department or even email him to pass on the message! Mis-sold a new Tv package 2
