The Joy's of a faulty autonomous nervous system. All the things people do without thinking. Like breathing, blood pressure, heart rate, my system gets mixed up signals. Hence the very low heart rate.

Thought I'd try exercise yesterday, went for a 160m walk without my scooter. Today I've spent 4 hours in bed and been unconscious 7 times. Must learn baby steps first

Finally got a confirmed diagnosis after 15 month. Covid jab caused long covid that manifested into dysautonomia. Unfortunately there is no cure or treatment for this very un explored condition, at least now I know what I'm dealing with.

While there's no cure for this at least we keep positive and take it on a day to day basis

As we reach the end of 2023, can I take the time to thank everyone for the help and support over the last 6 months. Its been life changing, but we keep battling on in the hope that 2024 will provide answers and a good prognosis. It's been a difficult year for many so happy ny.
