@FedEx What are typical reasons for "Operational Delays" out of GRACE-HOLLOGNE BE? I see a lot of packages get stuck there for 1-5 days on their way to the US.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@FedEx How long is the backlog at the KOELN (Cologne) facility? Package just went in to operational delay there and can't get answers anywhere on how long to expect.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@girishprao @united Not to mention the plane had been sitting on the tarmac for hours. And they waited to delay the flight way after they knew it was not going to be clean on time.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@NZXT Well, it's been 7 days since I responded with the requested information and I haven't heard back. Can you help?

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@NZXT Why does it take 48 hours for every reply in my support case? My AIO is failing on my new BLD and every reply takes 2 days. Combine that with how long a replacement will take and it'll be two weeks before I'm back to running full speed. Ridiculous.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@lifelock I've been waiting on chat support for 10+ minutes and when it started, my wait time was estimated at 52 minutes and now it's 57 minutes. Maybe time to change that prediction algorithm.

@comcastcares X1 is in reboot loop hell again. Is there a way to bypass the L1 support and just get my primary box replaced? Tired of having to go through the same steps, only to have a "reset" signal resolve for a while before it starts up again.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@bjango Is there a way to allow tools like BetterTouchTool to get access to stats? I know it can inject things into the TB when other apps open.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@bjango How about support for TouchBar? Check out BetterTouchTool for one integration option. Would LOVE to see stats in the touch bar!

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@comcastcares Thanks, looks like the problem resolved itself. The free movie section was back tonight.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@comcastcares Why did you remove the free movies category from the OnDemand menu?

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@united EWR security is inexcusable today. What is going on?

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@ForzaMotorsport Lost all of my cars, everything, to some screw up with the game state sync issue. Can you help?

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@HeliosT10 Lost all my game data on FH2 after "syncing". Forums recommended you. Help!?! User tag is CivilizedSpade0.

[The Academy @TheAcademy]

Genie, you're free.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@networkkansas @ReflectiveGroup @LoweFoundation I think you meant @MikesBosch

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@simcity #fail #headsmack Can't connect to server, says go to more info link and link returns topic doesn't exist. Really?

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@ImeXo @simcity Was going to say the same thing. This seems to be the trigger. Wonder if the backlog was due to credit card throughput.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@simcity @MyntaSwirl At least tell those of us that can't download what the hold up is.

[Mike Bosch @MikeBosch]

@CocoaGrande @simcity I'll forgive them if they add a Zombie mode!
