@PerformancesNHL I worked that game as an off-ice official. We were supposed to work another right afterwards. We were relieved when they announced during the 4th OT that the next game was being moved to the following day!

@sens_tickets @NHL If the original shot was deemed to be going wide it would be scored as a Missed Shot for the shooter even though Sanderson blocked it. Even though a defender blocks it, if is is already going wide the NHL considers it a missed shot, not blocked shot. Would have to see the replay.
