@thecitylion 从法律程序上来说，志愿者没有权力在路上拦截车辆，拦截车辆的主体只能是交管部门和警察。而且志愿者也不是农业局运输局等有关部门，没有权力检查运输单。如果有证据（比如你的猫体内植入有定位芯片，现在显示在这辆在车上），把证据提交给警方，警方自然会进行拦截抓捕。非法手段获取的证据是无效的。

@lnyhu22806612 这个流程确实不符合规定，但是你说的“換句話說，牠們已經全部被殘忍悶殺”也只是主观臆断吧。而且“怀疑是被偷的家养宠物狗”也只是怀疑罢了，即使前来认领的狗主人说出了狗的特征，也不能证明那只狗就是他/她的，最确凿的证据是体内植入定位芯片（芯片里储存饲主信息、宠物的特征及DNA）。

@cupppa1 Sorry to tell you, but unapproved demonstration in China is illegal. If someone wants to demonstrate in China, he/she needs to go to Public Security Bureau to apply. Unfortunately, normally the authority won't give you the approval.
