Without wanting to heckle you, but the teams will add money from the manufacturer on top of the revenue for their budget, so this doesn't give us the whole picture about who spends the most I'm afraid

Seasoned players have accepted toxicity as unavoidable, but a new player might be put off from working through the steep learning curve if they get flamed every game
