@UPS you guys have people that lied to me mulitple times when I was willing to do whatever necessary to get the delivery that was still out in a truck. Any time that I have the option to use a different delivery company, I will take advantage of that.

@UPS I had a "delivery attempt" while I was at work. I called into ups help line. They said that they directed it to my local ups for me to pick up today (because it is a box of steaks worth $500). I went to the local ups and it wasn't there.

It is now 1 hour past that time. No delivery, no phone call. This is concerning A. Because I have been lied to multiple times now by your employees, and B. Because there is a possibility that a $500 purchase goes to waste because I can not receive a perishable item on time.
