@00Accident@TheMG3D Despite what it might look at on the surface level, we’re reaching an incredibly dangerous lull in technology development that has been further set back by ~$700 billion in yearly AI based spending. It’s legitimately just not good for humanity to cede to this sort of thing
@00Accident@TheMG3D I don’t think it’s emotional at all and it certainly has nothing to do with the production value imo.
Limiting provocative thought in favor of profit margins for the 1% of the 1% is not how we as a species grow and expand.
@Maggot11037@TheMG3D YouTube’s platform that’s specifically targeted towards the younger generation pushes this type of content like it’s the air they need to breathe.
His content is so global that it’s impossible to expect everyone to have parents that know enough to properly vet things like this
@Nutri3ntD3ns3@TheMG3D It’s never about the impact on the quality of the video. It’s the resource hogging and continued de-incentivizing of creative thought/integral learning experiences that every instance of gen AI pushes towards, in this case, half a billion people
@Maggot11037@TheMG3D Yeah I agree, there’s definitely no negative impact on the environment or the creativity/intelligence of entire generations of children worldwide that are continuing to get generative AI content served up to them at higher rates on the daily
@matt_teeixeira@TheMG3D You can get more done by addressing it as someone with his influence than in any other way. His videos get global reach and are quite literally impacting the minds of entire generations of people that will be in creative spaces when they eventually enter the job market
@00Accident@TheMG3D It’s just genuinely uninspiring and lazy. Human creativity/thought is such an important thing in the grand scheme of things and every concession we make to remove it from our everyday lives is setting us back in so many ways
@_how_____@Gh0stSh0rts The editing team that is on his payroll and represents his 10 figure brand…
Regardless of who you hire, you’re the ultimate quality control for those people and content that is published on your branding.
Criticism such as this is vital to a free market
@GamerX_1@Gh0stSh0rts “It’s something other companies do so it must be fine no matter what”
Don’t get the logic here.
Of course it’s his choice, and he deserves to be criticized for making that choice because he has the final say on anything his brand publishes. That’s how a fair market works
@AgonyDeep@Mineplex This is currently possible but the UI is so buggy that 1/5 times you attempt to edit a kit you have to relog to interact with a menu
@Mineplex Please address games like champs that have significant bugs that should never make it to live and haven’t received any attention at all in terms of kit diversity/balancing.
Lobbies of leavers frustrated that the gamemode is the exact same slop that made them quit years ago
You legitimately cannot play a fair/balanced game on most PvP modes as it stands.
50%+ of the losing team WILL leave the lobby and everyone knows what kits/abilities are strong and which ones are useless because nothing has changed.
Just sad man
unique or new to address the same issues that killed almost all of Minecraft multiplayer on the version.
Just a flat out embarrassing effort to rekindle the brand, whether that comes from a creative or directional failure. (3/3)

Unfiltered thoughts on the mineplex revival;
It’s just… nothing? There are zero significant changes that impact player satisfaction, the gamemodes are nearly in the same state as 7 years ago with 10+ new game breaking bugs, and there is a clear lack of effort to address (1/X)
any sort of game balance for most PvP modes.
The server just exists, with the same issues that made people quit, and frustrating experience ruining issues. There is absolutely no way you can release the server in this state with such an uninspiring effort to do anything (2/X)
Maybe I shouldn’t be losing the same amount of elo for playing against someone that’s rank 30 as someone that’s rank 5k? Went two games negative today and lost 4800 spots on the leaderboard
