He was so intelligent, so kind, so passionate and compassionate. He truly could have done absolutely anything with his life and talents. And he chose to devote it to teaching. He gave everything he had to us. Hill, alumni, students, and Pottstown are better because of him.

Here's the scoop. Borough Manager Justin Keller, now has a 3-year contract with raises of 2% to $110,210 next year; 3% to $114,618 in 2021; 4% to $120,349 in 2022. Police chief Michael Markovich has 1-year pact that comes with $8,000 raise. Both get more personal days too.

Council members thank outgoing council members Carol Kulp and Rita Paez who both lost reelection bids. Kulp says it was educational and good to get younger people involved with government. Feliz Navidad, says Paez.
