@Uber I am getting a monthly charge and not sure how it happened. I sent an email through my app a day ago, but would prefer talking to someone live. How can I do that, there’s no phone number on the web site.
@united Please upgrade my boarding group when I pay extra for a seat at the front of the plane. WORTHLESS if I have to check my bag plane-side and wait for it after the flight. Waste of money
@united I have a suggestion for u. If I pay extra for a seat near the front of the plane, give me a boarding group earlier as well. Twice now I had to check my bag b/c I was boarding group 5 and by the time I got to my seat someone had taken my storage space.

a billing issue. You get this runaround and they are waiting for me to give up.

I have a billing issue and the local hotel said corporate should take care of it. Called the Titanium Elite number and they said the local hotel should resolve it. Which is it?
