@airfrance Flight from CDG to LAS was diverted to KEF due to a "technical issue" with the plane. KEF isn't an Air France airport, we were taken off the plane with no information how to get home. I can't get any info from your website or calling, I am stranded!
@AskCapitalOne I’ve spent well over 5 hours talking to your customer service and asked for supervisors many times. They always say “the supervisor has the same information” and they all say they are helpless. I will try yet again!
