Ilium says they specialize in "craft beer, exciting cocktails, experimental beverages, fun food" on the ground floor of one of the iconic buildings in the Collar City's downtown. The space housing the brewery has repurposed into a modern but comfortable space with room for brewing equipment downstairs.
