@allenanalysis Why do you lie? The US Attorney dropped charges, which is not the “throwing out” charges. The judge dismissed charges at the request of the prosecution….not hard to be honest.

@backtotheuniver @allenanalysis Exactly, the prosecutor threw out the charges because one of the departments withheld evidence from the prosecution and when it was exposed the prosecutor dropped the charges.

@kylegriffin1 A US Attorney works inside the Department of Justice, which presides under the Executive Branch, thus the Executive Branch has the authority to remove him. This has already been settled in recent SCOTUS Rulings.
