In an EPIC race to the finish, Joshua Cheptegi 🇺🇬 sets an Olympic record of 26:43.14 for the gold, and Grant Fisher 🇺🇸 grabs bronze in 26:43.46.

Berihu Aregawi 🇪🇹 narrowly out-leaned Fisher for silver in 26:43.44.

Fisher is the first American to medal in the men's 10k since Galen Rupp in 2012.
