Such a huge loss to the Vale of Glamorgan area. Bryan Foley has been probably been one of the longest serving Community First Responders acros Wales. He has saved countless lives and led the team for many years. Your colleagues at WAST will miss you massively RIP nhs hero

@penmanning @bjarvis1973 @WelshAmbulance Absolutely right, our working environment has a massive impact on wellbeing. It felt like walking into a dark dungeon coming back to the Control Room downstairs. Well done to everyone who made it happen and improved the working day for so many. 👍

I’ve just been given a tour of the new call centre at VPH, what an amazing working environment, so bright with amazing views. The team there expressed what a positive environment it was to work in. Great to see happy staff doing an amazing job. Well Done Guys 👍

Well its been a strange month for NEPTS Control S&E Wales what with patient numbers so low. However the commitment of my Team has been amazing, zero sickness absence, nearly 100% Team Compliance and 100% PADR compliance. Thank You Team, you’re amazing 👍

I love this from the @yorkcivictrust thank you for recognising the fantastic @YorksAmbulance Patient Transport Service. They are working 24/7 supporting our hospitals 👍
