Szydło started that conflict because PiS wanted to take over all the institutions, as a result PO or KO now, had a full rights to ignore illegal unlawful BS vomited by the corrupted institution.
They didn't "use the force to take over", they enforced the law against someone who broke the law. And it was waaaaaay to late.
In my opinion, they should break all the laws and regulations, to get rid of all PiS residues the first day after winning the election. Those corrupted criminals and traitors should be in jail long time ago.
There was no more treacherous government than PiS in polish history since Targowica.

I've seen it. If you deal with a troglodytes, sometime you just say: "Yeah, whatever you say."
There is nobody else probably in a history of PL who broke the constitution more often than PiS. Tribunal was working illegally for many years, working in interest of corrupted previous government instead of interest of the constitution.
PiS residues left all over the institutions had to be cleansed. It was really hard to do but finally someone broke the law so police was able to intervene, and take it down.
About the president. He had no reason or the right to be there, and he battered a legal judge of the Tribunal, who said that he is not allowed there, because he is a thug and a hooligan, who doesn't care about the constitution or the rule of law but the interest of his party.
He has no authority over anything involving this case, because he is just a pen guy to sign stuff, and has no power over anything. He abused his power many times as he was Trump or something. His role is purely representative but he thinks he is the king who can do whatever he wants.
To summarise:
Government who want to bring law and order into the country is making a coup d'état... Yeah, right....

That's not true. It has nothing to do with EU.
It is about bringing law and order to an institution that worked illegally for many years against the constitution and against the interest of Poland, in the name of interests of authoritarian, deeply corrupted party of the previous government.
