CONFIRMED: Grand Jury Subpoena Columbia Law Professor Daniel Richman as part of investigation into @Comey alleged leaking to the media.

The new investigation is separate from the Comey seashell indictment which has a scheduled trial date of October 2026.

Richman acted as a de facto PR media rep for Comey. His responsibilities included protecting the FBI and Comey’s public image.

Comey's congressional testimony that he did not authorize anyone to leak to the media on Comey's behalf is undercut by the Richman FBI records.
