@GiansCode 2 things bothered me enough with this to post.

1) SKRIPT
2) I used to go out of my way to reimplement what I needed rather than require a dependency. For custom and public plugins. It seemed very unprofessional to require plugins that are normally not installed. (Essentials)

@GiansCode I think that having a handful of plugins that each cover a general focus is the ultimate goal. And of course keeping them all linked so that they can communicate seemlessly.

I think there is a fine line you tow with making a plugin. I believe having plugins that have multiple features is important. However, I also believe its vital to have it separated. (cont)
