Η Commerzbank, μία από τις μεγαλύτερες τράπεζες της Γερμανίας, πέρασε τα τελευταία χρόνια από διαδοχικές αναδιαρθρώσεις και αλλεπάλληλες προσπάθειες συγχώνευσης. Η εξαγορά της Dresdner Bank το 2008 συνέπεσε με την παγκόσμια χρηματοπιστωτική κρίση, οδηγώντας το γερμανικό Δημόσιο στη διάσωσή της και στην απόκτηση του 25% συν μίας μετοχής.

Ακολούθησαν περικοπές, αλλαγές διοίκησης και σχέδια εξυγίανσης, ενώ από το 2017 η UniCredit εκδήλωσε ανοιχτά το ενδιαφέρον της για συνένωση. Οι διαπραγματεύσεις εντάθηκαν από το 2024, όμως η διοίκηση της Commerzbank και η γερμανική κυβέρνηση αντιστάθηκαν στις προτάσεις της ιταλικής τράπεζας.

Τελικά, τον Ιούλιο του 2026, η UniCredit ανακοίνωσε ότι εξασφάλισε το 47,6% της Commerzbank, αποκτώντας ουσιαστικά τον έλεγχο της γερμανικής τράπεζας.

ΔΗΜΙΟΥΡΓΗΘΗΚΑΝ.

Είναι ίσως η πιο σημαντική λέξη στο ιδρυτικό κείμενο της Αμερικής.

Τα δικαιώματα* των ανθρώπων τα παραχώρησε ο Δημιουργός και δεν μπορούν να απαλλοτριωθούν.

Δεν τα παραχωρεί μια Κυβέρνηση, ένας Πρόεδρος, ένα Δικαστήριο, ένας Βασιλιάς, ένας Δικτάτορας, ένας Σουλτάνος.

Τα παραχώρησε ο Θεός. Και άρα καμία κυβέρνηση δεν νομιμοποιείται να τα αφαιρεί.

Συμβολίζει ότι ο κάθε άνθρωπος είναι πολύ σημαντικός αφού τον δημιούργησε ο ίδιος ο Θεός.

Επίσης, συμβολίζει ότι πάνω από τον Πρόεδρο και την Κυβέρνηση είναι ο Δημιουργός.

Στο Κογκρέσο άλλωστε έχουν βάλει σε κεντρικό σημείο - ψηλά πάνω από τη θέση του προέδρου της Βουλής- το IN GOD WE TRUST.

Για να μην ξεχνούν οι έχοντες την εξουσία ότι πάνω από αυτούς είναι κάποιος Άλλος.

@mariathena Πιστεύω ότι η μόνη λύση είναι επιπλέον ακίνητα να μπουν στην αγορά και μείωση του Airbnb. Υπάρχουν περιοχές της Αθήνας (πχ. Κουκάκι) όπου τα Airbnb έχουν γίνει περισσότερα από της μακροχρόνιας μίσθωσης.
