@monokichan @polkiadots It stems from the fact idol culture is heavily reliant on parasocial relationships and fans see idols as 'theirs' I think. Like if they can't 'have them' then why support them? There's been many cases where an idol is found in a relationship and their 'fans' stop supporting them.
