5. Why does Ukraine need to hold elections during wartime, compensate the USA, and promise Russia to have no NATO membership? What does Ukraine owe to Russia?

While Russia has had a dictator in power for 25 years, Ukraine has had 5 different democratically elected presidents in the last 20 years!

Why is the focus on Ukraine's democracy, which has only been working to defend itself, and not on Russia's ant-democracy, which is attacking other nations?
