@DStv If you want drama, try use the dstv customer care whatsapp. They somehow deleted my subscription instead of fixing it.

@DStv Question 1: What happens when you try to fix a a failed payment on Dstv side? Your subscription gets deleted and your payment is still taken.
Question 2: How many WhatsApp agents does it take to sort out your account? Unknown, so far Ive had zero success from 3 attempts

@DStv Dstv is so bad, when my payment failed on their side I tried to get it fixed via WhatsApp chat and all they succeeded in doing was deleting my subscription and stealing my money
