I say this in light of what I have seen in others, and my own experiences. There is a lot you learn after being baptized, and I think a bit of humility and focusing on questions of virtue and the fundamentals is the healthiest. I enjoy technical stuff and dabble in Church politics too, but we gotta have an ordered hierarchy of concern. Engaging in debates and Church politics feels like you're doing something spiritual but it's really just slop.
