It would be amusing -were it not so outrageous- for countries that built much of their wealth by enslaving people from other nations and continents to accuse Argentina of racism. This is a country where, back in 1813, the "freedom of wombs" law was enacted (meaning children born to enslaved mothers were free), and freedom was granted to foreign enslaved people the moment they set foot on Argentine soil.
