@hmgrover One of my association builders referred to this Bill's passage outta House as accomplishing the "...least best result..." If affordable housing is required to have a receptacle in every house - are we going to have to PICK which electric car they are supposed to have?
@hmgrover Another perfect example of "spectacle of doing good" needlessly increasing costs for future homeowners. Great, we're requiring electric "receptacle" for charging EVs. But which one? Tesla, Ford, Nissan, Dodge? Shoulda kept the 1/2 watt solar and changed "receptacle" to outlet
