It was a pleasure to see Pro-Fit Timing crush their owned and operated cross country invitational. Huge shoutout to @TXMileSplit for their coverage of the Belton / Waco athletes. There is not an area in Texas these guys don’t cover!

Mulugeta won in 9:04.58, a massive PR by 27 seconds, while Feda followed shortly after in 9:09.01, a career best by 19 seconds. https://t.co/bwpkzCfazf
Matthew Boling continues to perform at incredible levels. This time, he pocketed his second straight 25-foot-plus long jump, only this time it was wind-legal
25-2.50
No one in the country jumped 25 feet last year. Boling has done it twice in 2019 already.
Pretty good start to my senior year, New PR in discus of 202’5. Currently #2 in the U.S. in discus. Still have a lot more to improve on but am proud with the progress I have made and excited to see where this season takes me. @milesplit @MoMileSplit @MOTrackFanatic
Travis beat us to it this time!
Strangio’s time is indeed the fastest 3200 all-time in March.
NXN Champ Liam Anderson also finished 2nd in 8:56.88, the 11th fastest March 3200 all-time.
According to stats in @milesplit database, this 8:47 3200m by Matt Strangio is the first time a HS athlete has ever run under 8:50 outdoors in March! @MilesplitCA
Honestly, a lot of crazy things happened today.
But the craziest, in my opinion?
Taryn Parks winning the mile, dropping 7 seconds off her PR, and running faster than anyone in US this year, sixth best all-time: 4:39.05.
Taryn's performance today was incredible.
