@Dylanjr0809 @Xbox Never had this issue until College football 26 came out in June. I’ve had it happen green screen then shut down 6 time in a hour one day. I’ve redownloaded the game 4 times, there have been multiple updates since launch.

@Dylanjr0809 @Xbox I have tried all the troubleshooting steps online. It only seems to happen with EA games. Screen with flash green for a split second then Xbox will shut down. Controller and headset stay on. Have to punch the power button on the Xbox to turn it back on afterwards.
