@NickGalatas Nick - you can't get a return on investment as it stands. It ain't going to happen. We need to decide what kind of league we are and manage it that way. We are a development league and we need to develop youth and profit of transfers.
The focus must be Youth Development!!!

It is not allowed. We need to realise this and develop a strategy with that in mind that can make our game sustainable.
